I hate to be a Debbie downer but figure I should share my updates:
OK, well it seems that I just proved why all doctors hate to have a hospital employee as a patient. As mom and I were out shopping yesterday I got a phone call from my Dr’s office. She proceeds to tell me that he is referring me to a neurologist to further evaluate me for MS since the MRI showed positive. WHAT!?! I ask her if she is sure because I looked at the preliminary report and it showed as one spot showed up but they still had it marked as negative. First I got my hand smacked for pulling an incomplete report, then she told me to pull it again now that it has been signed. She is supposed to call me today with my neurology appointment.
So it seems my excitement was a bit premature. From what I have read the MRI is not a 100% diagnosis. We will need to do some additional testing, oh boy what fun…NOT!
OK now I am going to go pout and whine and throw a hissy fit. I am just so frustrated. I don’t want this! As if we get to pick and choose what diseases we get. LOL I guess I am glad to have finally found an answer. My doctor still wants me to go to Cleveland Clinic at the first of next month also. So I guess I get to go through all the testing now. URG!

Just a funny, to me, story maybe to brighten you'alls day...
So, my 15 year old (you know how teenagers are!) and I are rushing to an early morning dentist appt...

She is drinking a powerade AND flossing while we are going down the road. She keeps stopping (flossing) at every red light...I say, "you better get busy, we're almost there!". She say, "Geez, MOM, I CAN'T floss at red lights!".

You know, that's a reference to "people might SEE me!"...
So, no cavities, yay! BUT, we get back in the vehicle and she says the dentist said only milk and water, no powerade!

LOL! Is that all he drinks? Milk and Water? Really?!
