I have never had caviar before. I know what it is, and I have been teased about catching fish full of eggs.

Never had the guts.

Looks like Whitehaven !

Beautiful !! Got eaten by march flies whilst there - but hey !

Still reckon we have whiter sand at Hyam's beach - on the NSW south coast near Jervis Bay.
Spent a week on our own ( charted self drive ) 36ft. fly bridge cruiser among 74 deserted islands ... monumental.

So much cool stuff ... too much ( unlessed pressed ) ...

Got into trouble leaving Whitehaven navigating Solway Passage ...

That would be sooooo awesome to travel the ocean in a cruiser.

I'll bet nights on the ocean are eerie. Stuff splashing around in the water, and you have no idea what it is.

Very argumentative.

Great minds, good sir, great minds.

Good afternoon all! I too seek haven from the rampant racism and outright right wing spew that has drowned certain fora of late. How goes the day in this wondrous and peaceful place?

Good Day to you Sir.

Glad to see you.

This is a safe haven for anyone. I think the only rules we have here is, Eat and drink lots of good stuff, and have fun.

GIGANOM!

Right, so what is everyone else having? Seriously, I am famished. Also, I cannot hear at the moment, because my ears are full of wax, as well as olive oil... I have to get my tubes flushed soon, apparently. Not the greatest state I have ever been in, while attempting political discourse with the intellectual equivalent of a stack of boulders.

My usually sensible brother once had an earache and whilst drunk proceeded to heat olive oil in the microwave and inject it into his ear with a Turkey baster.

Apparently the screams were heard several doors away and a trip to the hospital was required.

Nah - they were standoffish bastards.

The Batfish however - we hand fed ... every thing from normal fish food - to tomatoes, cheese and monte carlo biscuits...

Felt too guilty to actually go fishing. Such a bucket list experience which I shall cherish.

If you can - do it before it's gone !!

PS - I can't seem to find Standoffish in any of my sea-life books? Are they peculiar to Aus?
