A quote from the article:

The “human domain” is defined for the purposes of this white paper as the “physical, cultural and social environments” that exist within a conflict. Each leader felt strong enough about the human domain’s influence that they recommended the Pentagon consider adopting it as a “doctrinal term and the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMILPF) implications.”

That is hilarious, and it would be a easy way for people
to get out of the military who have become "jaded" with it.

LOL

Ah good to see.

Tho, would have been fun to go down to Denver, and such to see what was going on, etc.

FYI, not all of us in Colorado participate in the "Rocky Mountain High" culture..

Am aware of that .. but the mentality of the military being what it is .. they dont want troops getting too happy ..

Has anyone given any consideration to the fact that by late 2016, 10,000 Syrian refugees will be resettled in Texas ?
I've yet to obtain all of the documents on other states or the number of resettlement projections.
