Kiev Breaks Minsk Agreement; Reinvades Donbass

Ex-Minister of Defence of DPR Igor Strelkov :

“In general, we can say that the ceasefire is over – the entire front is under fire, including artillery. Shock troops of the enemy moved to the forefront.”

War correspondent “Step” reports :

Shells are whistling again over the cities of Donbass. In Donetsk the sirens of ambulances and emergency services are heard. Under fire: Kievsky district, Oktyabrsky village, Panfilov mine village, Gladkova, Severny, Putilovka.

The entire evening of April 9 there was a battle in the village of Spartak and near Peski. The punishers used artillery guns, tanks, mortars, heavy barreled artillery. Under the cover of artillery, the enemy attempted to seize the positions of the militia in Spartak and near the airport. During the battle, this attempt was severely suppressed.

This looks like a renewed total war assault, not only skirmishes.

This time, there will be no change of a new peace agreement.

Russia needs to be pulled in and getting stuck with the burden of the Ukraine at all cost.

Russia not wanting the Ukraine, because of the military manpower and costs it will bring to them, makes it difficult to predict on how they will react...while they can take out the Ukrainian army with ease, they don`t want to be responsible for the Ukraine with guerrilla warfare nationalists after that.

Kiev was only doing one thing, buying TIME to resupply and regroup and replan.

I know, just as with Minsk 1, but the huge difference now will be, we are looking at a long persistent war for many years (with a good change of an all out war in the whole of the Ukraine) if Russia its assessment will be, we can`t afford to get stuck with the burden of the Ukraine.

And when that happens, mounting public domestic pressure on The Kremlin will rise to do something about it.

Because what is happening in the Ukraine has only got to do with Putin and his friends, and nothing to do with the Ukraine itself.

I am sure that Russia has made a plan for this latest and will finally enter with their own mercenary group or groups .There wont be a second chance for Kiev to fall back and regroup again and the western (Black water ) forces will get creamed this time .imo

Russia can also not afford to leave a Somalia next to its border, because public opinion will shift for sure when that`s the case...

...Ukraine has to become a problem for Russia !

So it`s not so much a problem for Russia/Separatists to repel/defeat it all, it`s mainly about what comes after that.

Who do you think are driving T90 tanks around ?

Quite hypocrite condemning the West for sending men and equipment while every Russian old and able enough gets a free pass to fight on the front line.

every school of conditioning leaves it's mark on it's students by which they can be identified.
americas greasy fingerprints are all over this.
just like saddam fell into the trap when he was given permission to invade kuwait,
the american fascisti, having set up the trap, are now waiting anxiously for the russian bear to react
so that their great white capacious maws can scream FOUL.
the chorus will be deafening on ATS with the usual dupes and mouthpieces plus the wannabes yowling like cats in heat spoiling for a fight

Just like happened with Crimea, I predict, yet another "atomic" wedgie delivered by Grandmaster Putin to 5th grade chinese checkers champions obamakerrymcainetall.

they and the chorus will all sound like they've inhaled helium

I have no moral objection to Black Water's forces being creamed.

Aren't you just a little curious as to why was Ukraine unable to beat separatists during all this time? Do you honestly think anything has changed during this small break?

Ukraine will never regain back regions that they had lost. Or at least, not Crimea 100%. Know why? Because Russia will defend it. And if the west doesn't want to start the WW3, then nothing will be done about it.

Of course Russia will defend it. Russia openly told them that. Only an idiot would think otherwise.

The yanks won't ever confront Russia directly, they instead do the COWARDLY act of proxy wars with them using other people as cannon fodder.

Typical American tactic.

They only attack the weak when they're down.

The Ukrainian people are not stupid, they don't (in the majority) want to fight. They know it's certain death and it's their own families in some cases.

The only reason those that do are the neo-Nazi's with hatred and the Ukrainian puppets using the same old German "patriotism" lines and attack those that don't toe the line.

"
The people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country."
- Hermann Göring

And had Russia not been supplying military hardware to the separatists this wouldn't be going on as long as it has.

Nope because Russia keeps the separatists well armed and stocked with troops and weapons. Just like they7 have every time there is a lack in fighting.

You really want to see that don't you...Russia involved with fighting the west.

And yet none of them have boots on the ground fighting, and none of them are sending weapons to Ukraine...can Russia say that?

I guarantee you won't see a German, Israeli, or American troop fighting there but feel free to show any evidence an active servicemen from those countries are fighting in Ukraine.

If Nuland wasn't supplying cookies to Ukraine this would not have happened (not to mention their big spending trying to cooerce Ukraine to pivot Westward - this is in breach of the agreement - the Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances).

Not officially boots on the ground (just mercs who they can disavow), however, they certainly ARE involved.
