What a vengeful and merciless society we are.

No we are mamby pamby softies.

A vengeful and merciless society would have lynched him before he got to his jail cell.

"Do not be too eager to deal out death in judgement , for even the very wise cannot see all ends."
-J. R. R. Tokien.

Regardless of what he might have done, or what he was led to believe he was doing, we are not Gods and we cannot see every angle. It makes me sick that people would so belligerently call for death, especially those that don't even know anything but emotional impact of events.

Perhaps you should speak with the victims of the crime.

Talk with the parents who lost a son. Tell the woman who lost a leg she should forgive.

BS!

With all due respect, quoting an author of fiction does not help your case This is reality, not fiction, not a book, not a movie. A friend of min lost her LEG due to this man. She will not get it back, ever. SO, he should not get his life back, ever.

The joke is how soon so many people forget the unanswered questions and conspiracy aspect surrounding that day, and to appease us all in exchange for no further answers, we shall kill a man in its stead.

That is the joke.
Unanswered question? Such as what, oh wise man? If you think this is all a ruse, please elaborate on your feelings and give us the wisdom you seem to be holding over our heads.

He had his day in court and was found guilty.
Go cry a river while we enjoy justice.

I wonder how many people wishing him a horrible death would be willing to carry out the dirty deed themselves.

He did a terrible thing and should be punished, but nobody posting on this thread has the authority or the right to deliver that punishment. It's up to the criminal "justice" system at this point

The bastards would enshrine the spot with a mosque dedicated to the feces.

Not true, kind of what the term "Jury of your peers" means......

If they find him guilty then men and women just like us did so......

To me personally it is all a joke...a joke on all of you.

Bombing the public is a joke?
Maybe you need some psychiatric help before you join him.

Maybe you should do some decent research...maybe even experiment a bit, take a backpack and place said pressure cooker inside and take a look at it!

Says a lot about people and most are calling themselves Christians :-(

What if a tree fell on her leg? Should we destroy nature and the Earth in revenge so that it can never happen to anyone else?

Despite who said the quote, it does not make it any less true. There are an infinite number of sides to every story and in most cases people have tunnel vision to their own dispositions.

Doesn't matter because they represented their peers, which is us.

If you are mad because of their decision then you are mad at society.

Go change society.

Good luck with that. Your anger will only lead you to face one of these juries.

What if they killed two cities with bombs, not just one city but two, just so both kinds could be "tested".

thats beyond the point.......you said we dont have the authority , the fact is that juries are made of people just like us so your statement falls flat....

We have a voice and we have the right to voice our opinions and its people just like us that make those decisions.....

Although I believe no one must die or be killed, I'd hate to suggest that he does deserves the "death penalty", which then would "entitle" him the status of martyr-hood. Plus, our taxpayer's monies won't be wasted any further on him if, for whatever reason, he doesn't get the honor of a DEATH sentence! Sorry, if I'm coming across as harsh. Be well, y'all!

A simple search could show you the unanswered questions. The media swing of it all. The unaccounted for paramilitary "security" at the event that day. The coincidental fact that drills for the exact event were being run simultaneously to the actual event. Or the Boston Bombing "cowboy hero", Carlos Arrendondo and the complete staging of his heroism that became of it. The cousin that was killed by the FBI in the aftermath. Tamerlan Tsarnaev's squeaky clean track record. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev "unable to speak" and removed from the public eye for weeks after his arrest. Let's not forget the martial law test run.

Hell, there are just as many unanswered questions about the Boston Bombing's as there was 9/11, and just as much outcry at the time. Now we are supposed to forget and move on because "justice" is being served.

I don't forget.
