Hehe. Don't put too much faith in gadgets like crystals or "holy water",
It isn't the idea of "holy water" but the idea of something pure from mother earth to reclaim the energy you may have retained during the healing.
Quartz Crystals are not gadgets. They are a natural product of mother Earth that does contain a measurable energy. Remember, they use quartz in some electronics, etc.
Most items people hang onto for luck, etc. only have the power that person believes it has, But crystals do have their own energy properties.
Shaking the hands is also good. Helps displace some of that energy that is building up. Be sure to shake that energy away from yourself and others.
Just for the heck of it, next time you do a healing, pay close attention to any sensation of heat or tingling coming down the back of your head or across your upper shoulders.
