Yep, because it is impossible to imitate someone's voice, right?

The United States has apologized for the content of a leaked telephone call in which U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland apparently uses strong language to dismiss EU involvement in Ukraine and doubts opposition leader Vitali Klitschko's ability to occupy a senior government post. RFE/RL looks at reactions in Russia, Ukraine, and the European Union.

www.rferl.mobi...

State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki did not dispute the authenticity of the recording and said that Nuland had apologized to European Union officials for her remarks.

www.cbsnews.com...

Victoria Nuland has apologised after she referred disparagingly to the EU's role during a conversation said to be with the US ambassador to Ukraine.

Nice side step

I dunno if this info is even true yet... Just the "hackers" word so far. If you wanna know what the Kremlin will do you better ring them.

Since it appears the Putinistas managed to derail the thread figured I'd bring it back to topic. Now I saw the deflection about hackers could have made it up etc. Well she admits they are real just wants to say doesn't mean what you think it does I never agreed to it. But that is an admission that Russia was trying yes no ?????

Putinista? Name calling isn't very nice tut tut, are you accusing me of being Russian? I am sure the mods or admins could clear it right up as to where I am from. If you want to ask about derailment get onto djw001 he brought up nuland.

The article doesn't offer any additional proof of the original claim.

Don't believe I called anyone out but I guess you did. so I take it your a Putin fan by your own admission?? Now anytime a topic comes up Putin fans immediately deflect and change the topic standard sop. Almost like it was written orders you can see ot coming. As to the thread this is showing Russia has been backing Neo Nazi groups instead of being defenders against it like they claim.

It's not new it's been going on for years I mean look at the people they brought in to verify the Crimean elections as ligit right wing hate mongers. You see Putinistas regularly attack gays and amarica at the same time for allowing them. Russia has years of decriminalization and hate on the books. Putin can deny it but truth is hrs promoted the Nazi party in Russia.

It has only been myself and djw001, so it is either him or me you were calling out, so who? Making this comment

so I take it your a Putin fan by your own admission

totally childish.

You are the one resorting to calling other members names then go on to say how bad they are. You do get how extremely foolish that looks right?

You see Putinistas regularly attack gays and amarica at the same time for allowing them.

Have nothing against anybody that is gay, their life they should do whatever makes them happy and I especially wouldn't use them as some sort of tool to make a point unlike some ahem nudge nudge wink wink. As for "amarica" as you put it, people are great their government not so much.

Now anytime a topic comes up Putin fans immediately deflect and change the topic standard sop

Not unlike what you are doing by name calling and telling me what your little go to insult "putinistas" do?

I prefer the term "Putin's puppies" - it has nice alliteration and the image of people rolling over to get their tummies tickled by Putin makes me laugh

Again you associated yourself with that group not I. But enough of the arguing about it kind of silly. Do you have a coment about the information I posted concerning she admits those were her emails. Or instead do you wish to continue to missdirect?? We have her acknowledging the emails were indeed hacked we have the Russian government interfering in French politics supporting a fascist group. As i pointed out they are even supporting anti Muslim movements in the EU. So Russia is supporting right wing radicals neo Nazis than claim in places like Ukraine the reason they intervineed is to stop It.

Never mind the fact that the right wing groups on Ukraine got no support in the last election. So how do you balance this inconsistency in your mind just curious. Or is it you condone Russia's support for fascists except Ukraine ???

PS Russia even backed right sector before this but nothing causes fascists to fight against you like invading their country.

ROFL.......There is no National Socialist party in Ukraine and never has been - go back to your boss and tell him you are too stupid to be a подхалим!

1. Svoboda?

Are you asking me or telling me??

Clearly Svoboda is NOT "the National Socialist party" - it is Svoboda.....

And it is hardly getting "increased" representation - it went from 37 to 6 seats in the Rada in 2014 - I hope as a design engineer you can recognise a DECREASE when you see one??

It has no cabinet ministers - so what do you mean it has increasing influence in the Govt??

Here's your original point:

I assume this is the latest propaganda being thrown out there to deflect attention from the National Socialist party claiming significant power within the Ukrainian cabinet?
(bolding is mine)

Svoboda is certainly nationalist and socialist in its outlook........was that your idea of "the National Socialist party"??

Are we trying to create our own reality again by claiming they don't exist,

Since hter is no such party it is not altering reality to claim they do not exist - it is a fantasy to claim they DO exist!!

or by claiming the self-proclaimed All-Ukrainian Union Socialist Laborer party isn't national socialist, Aloysius?

There is no party in the Rada with the title "Socialist" at all - do you perhaps mean the Socialist Party of Ukraine? (your translations are odd...)

If so it has no parliamentary members and no-one in cabinet - it did not contest the 2014 elections.

2. My boss likely doesn't give two flips about any of this because it doesn't involve engineering design nor do I need to kiss his ass. Nice job though, are you preparing for a career as a комик?

Well Russian propaganda is certainly laughable in its transparency - so perhaps I will.

United in their contempt for all things EU and their yearning for a socially conservative society, Russia and the extremes of the European political spectrum have forged a tacit alliance. Far-right leaders' periodic visits to Moscow

Is that like Nemtsov visiting the American embassy?

So the OP of this thread, along with others, is actively producing derogatory names in order to attack anyone that is not blatantly anti Russia.

Hmmm how can puppies be anti Russian your making very little sense. Everyone loves puppies what he is actually saying here that some people show such loyalty to Putin as to never question anything he says or does no matter how crazy or obvious that he lied. There loyalty is comendable since it requires the removal of most rational thought processes.

On a more serious note no one wants to seem to address the fact she admits the emails are real. So apparently our hackers did indeed get the emails. And it shows contact with the Kremlin meaning they were caught with their hand in the cookie jar. So they support and finance fascism in Europe odd considering how many Russians died fighting it don't you think???

Well, I sure wasn't disputing it. I even qouted her comments from 4 months ago where she said that they got a loan from a Russian bank. Noone was caught by these hacked emails because it never was a secret.

No the loan certainly wasn't secret - but the extent of he dealings between the Kremlin and NF was - the loan was just a bit of a byline at the end reminding us that these links are not only philosophical - they are financial as well.
