Brutus the Rottweiler gets four new prosthetic paws

What I lovely story of a dog overcoming something horrible. He looks so happy and content.

I hope the first owners got charged with something, anything. Disgusting.
This new owner is a great mum for Brutus! I wish them the best days ahead.

I completely agree. Home amputation? Sick. Makes me cry thinking about the pain that dog must have gone through.

Whot the # leaves a puppy outside unattended in the winter so long it gets frost bite on all 4 paws?

I hope they burn in hell.

The atrocities committed against animals never fails to shock me.

A 'breeder', left their puppy outside in freezing weather, long enough for the puppies paws to freeze solid.

Then the same 'breeder', decides the best action is to cut the dogs paws off themselves.

Then they try and sell the puppy in a parking lot to anyone willing to pay.

I can only hope that what goes around comes around.

Stories like this make me nauseous, going to hug my dog.

Is it wrong human suffering doesn't cause me nearly as much revulsion? To me child abuse and pet abuse are equal.

Must be something about the innocence of the victims.

What a beautiful story! I'd rather not think about the people who did this to him (they'll get theirs), but rather the great people who are helping Brutus and the beautiful spirit of that gorgeous, loveable animal!

I feel exactly the same way. It cos dogs never lose there child like mind. I think they stay at the developmental age of a three year old child.

I think it is because they are innocent as well, like children, and they are dependent on other people and are helpless if they get mistreated.

I would like to "treat" the sick twist breeder that did this to getting their "paws and claws" done the same way...GOD what is going on in this world...?

Actually, Brutus looks quite dapper with his orthodics, and seems to really love his new Mom. Thank God for her.
