You should start over again.
Read the first sentence of the OP, then go to the link and read the story.
The first sentence in the OP has no proof in the linked story.

I got that but what does any of that have to do with being a Christian hater? *shrugs*

The whole point of this post isn't who the donors are, it's that this whole sorry mess is another patented O'Keefe "let's stir up crap" scam. Please stiop trying to divert, thanks.

So O'Keefe was the one who sent the South Bend reporter down to interview the daughter of the pizza place owners in the first place and then air that story that they were all bigots?

And James O'Keefe was the one who then got all the main liberal web sites to pick that story up?

Uh-huh.

The donor's are all Americans. Do you hate Americans?

Now you are trolling.

As if it's really a stretch? And even if he isn't involved his methods are. Does it make it less gross somehow if he's not linked?

And it looks to me like what the lefties are mad about is that people actually put their money in to support the pizza place people.

If the pizza people themselves had put up a GoFundMe, you would be crying about that claiming they were displaying a false persecution narrative.

In short, you are going to make hay out of this any way you can whether what you say is right or not.

The truth is that no matter what these people did to defend themselves or what someone tried to do to help them out for being falsely picked on, the left would find some way to make it into a nefarious thing. No matter what, these people simply cannot be allowed by reason of narrative and agenda to be allowed a small measure of public vindication.

How dare other people try to support them and refuse to be intimidated into total compliance?

The OP was reading things into the story that were not there. Maybe the other posters thought that was how the thread worked.

The liberal media (asinine meme) also picked up on and crucified (unjustly) ACORN (a liberal group) because of O'Keefes lies.

The first sentence of the OP implies that Mr. O'Keefe is involved.
No proof of him being connected is provided.
If that is good enough for you.... ok.

I've always thought this whole thing was a media/PR stunt. Even with some minimal digging it appeared that the pizza place wasn't exactly doing booming business.

I realize they were approached, but how could you say no? Look at all the attention it's garnered? Bad press is still press.

Well, now they're free to pay off all their debts and retire to Hawaii.

The point is... that it is a scam, an Okeefe style scam. Does that matter to you at all?

Explain the scam.
I read the linked story.

And the original post was very short... the point was that O'Keefe was involved.

Precisely...

Liberals these days double-down on their lies hoping you eventually give-up your values, beliefs.
Obama is the King at this approach.

WE NEVER WILL!!!!

I guess Christians don't care that the O'Connors are living in sin.

Mr. O'Connor has admitted he has been divorced, so as far as the Bible is concerned, their current marriage is a sham, and they are living in adultery.

Well, he is.

But that doesn't matter does it?

All sins are not equal.

Who's the, ' We' you sure your not O'Keefe?..don't answer that!
As for double standards O'Keefe is the king of that, look at this early endeavour at Rutgers,

"For his first video, he and other Centurion writers met with Rutgers dining staff to demand the banning of the cereal Lucky Charms from dining halls because of its offense to Irish Americans. O'Keefe said the leprechaun mascot presented a stereotype. He intended to have officials lose either way: to appear insensitive to an ethnic group, or to look silly by banning it.
Yuh see there how this guy rolls, trying to appear PC if that worked, or trying to upstage the University as being the PC'ers.
It didn't work BTW.
Subtlety then is not his major, except it seems he hasn't reached that reality yet, and his ignorance is appalling.

That's because it WAS a stunt. A news station in South Bend wanted to find a bigot, so they sent a reporter on a bigot hunt.

They got a young woman at a pizza parlor to answer a hypothetical question about a gay wedding. There was never any refusal of service, and the young woman even said that the parlor itself served everyone who came into their shop just looking for pizza for dinner.

So yes, the South Bend ABC affiliate created a stunt for their own ratings. It was the Internet that picked it up and put legs on it.

And we are not being asked to participate in their marriage.

Just as we are not being asked to participate in the wedding when an already married gay couple comes to us for a service.

You just don't get it -- it is the personal participate in the ceremony that cannot exist that we object to, not the people. They are creating their own situations in life.

7 ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, 8 and the two will become one flesh.’So they are no longer two, but one flesh. 9 Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.”

Mark 10:7-9 NIV

Wouldn't the sin be on the one that separated them?

And if it a sin, why does the church allow for divorce and remarriage?
