They should go into the Muslim bakery and ask them to make a cake depicting throwing gays off of a tall building, they would make that one for sure.

Christians?

20 pages of hate and vitriol.

Muslims?

3 pages and crickets.

It's a shame.

Cause it is back and forth of how they do or do not have every right to deny.

These bakeries have no right to do it either and I 100% agree they should be met with the same backlash. Imo it is coming, think yall just want instant gratification

It is a shame that America now appears to be becoming
a place where Christians and Jews are roundly hated
by the media
which can eventually lead to kristallnacht
for Christians and Jews
cheered on by LGBT, Democrats, liberals and progressives.

It is fast coming, especially when the Vice President
suggests the only safe place for Jews is Isreal and
they are no longer safe in the US.
www.jpost.com...
www.salon.com...

Where do the Christians go? There is nowhere for them.

Popular culture hates on and makes fun of Christians regularly.

Know the funny part, all these immigrants from south america,
well they come with deeply held Catholic religious traditions
and beliefs. What happens to the country and to the liberals who
think they have the immigrants in their back pockets,
when the immigrants realize exactly how much the Democrats
and liberals hate and loathe their strongly held
religious convictions?

This cake, florist, pizza business is just the beginning
for the liberals and progressives in their campaign
of vitriol and hatred toward Christians and Jews.

And once the Christians and Jews are terrorized into
silence and have gone underground, then the
mainstream media and libs will go after
the Muslims, because religious faith is an
anathema to them.

I can see both sides of the issue with the Christian bakery.

But Muslims have some very concrete ideological stances concerning the Prophet.

You'd be okay if someone wanted a Muslim bakery to decorate a cake with the picture of the Prophet?

So if someone comes into a fast food place and is drunk and loud they can be refused service, yet if two gay guys walk into that same restaurant and get all girl giddy because one of them showed the other one a new blouse he bought and they are equally loud and disruptive then it's okay?

If someone is disorderly then usually it's perfectly ok to ask them to leave.

Your example is a bit questionable in the way you described it so if it ever comes up I'd advise letting someone else do the talking however.

I disagree with some of the Christian dogma, personally.

But I cannot and will not speak for all Christians/Jews/Muslims etc.

Guess we will have to find out when it happens huh?

Cause the background of why it is being requested would need to be known.

I think I would though.

What I see in America is what we saw in Germany prior to WWII

the kind of rhetoric and ugly finger pointing
and "we'd be better off without them"
type of vitriol being spewed all over
the mainstream media and social media.

Honestly, I don't think it will be that long in America before
Christians and Jews alike
will be treated as the Jews were treated by the Nazi's.

This is just the beginning and it is really sad to see it coming
to the USA
institutionalized hatred of people because of what they think.
And worse yet,
the encouragement from the leadership of the USA
of this type of hatred and making it worse -
to the point where we won't be able to tell
the USA
from Kenya where 149 people were beheaded
because they were Christians.

And, what's worse, I actually foresee the LGBT
community and the so called liberal establishment
cheering it all on.

Fair enough, I suppose.

In this current atmosphere, they'd probably have to do so or lose their business.

There does seem to be an apparent lack of respect and disdain for certain faiths.

Personally, I'll just fight back.

Has any business been lost yet though?

If it is a reference to the pizza shop, that was their own choice to close the doors no?

I don't see the gov taking anyone out and outside of that happening it is just the market deciding right?

That's been my point from the very beginning.

Let the market decide.

We need no laws, no rules, no more restrictions or debates about rights.

Let the market decide.

Perhaps we could actually be in agreement here.

Well with the two cases most prevalent, I see the one shop getting support cause it is in the majority while the other doesn't cause of the state of affairs of the world and how they tend to get viewed.

I don't hate the idea of letting the market decide entirely, just that majority rules in that market and that can cause civil rights issues if the majority is against those.

The government is stepping in:

www.cnn.com...
www.thefederalistpapers.org...

www.foxnews.com...

and doing things to force businesses to close for refusing to do something against their religious beliefs.

My question: Why on earth would a person want someone who disapproves of their wedding to do their cake or flowers or take their photos? If someone didn't like me at all for whatever reason, I would not want their serving me on my wedding day. I'd be afraid of subtle sabotage that couldn't be proved legally, like a less than sweet enough cake, or flowers on their last leg, or fuzzy photos.['b]

I actually so think the Muslim bakers did have a right to not make a gay wedding cake.

I would crowdfund the muslim bakery only because if we don't defend religious freedoms of everyone, then everyone loses.

I think this is total paranoia and this kind of thinking and convincing others of it is only causing more reactionary thoughts and actions in people. Why you even bring up Jews when nobody is saying anything about them so far is again throwing more people in to the mix who don't belong.

This is just the beginning and it is really sad to see it coming

I don't think it's the beginning of anything. More like the much needed end to the institutionalized hatred of people because of who they are.

If you seriously think we are going to be lopping off the heads of Christians with the support of the Government you're way past rational thought. You are comparing us with Kenya, really. If that is really what you think maybe you should move to one of the countries that has made Homosexuality Illegal and Executes People for Being Gay then. Perhaps only then will you feel safe.

And, what's worse, I actually foresee the LGBT
community and the so called liberal establishment
cheering it all on.

I'm pretty sure the LGBT community and the Liberals would be happy if you would just stop telling everyone they're going to hell to burn for eternity all the time, treat people as equals and stop being so self righteous and judging everyone as if you're some Holy Warriors for God. Just ease up a bit, quit labeling everyone a sinner because they don't believe like you do and things will be fine. All the persecution talk and holy war BS and End Times crap is just stirring up sh*t for no reason.

Now, I guess I'll get to hear why I'm totally wrong about everything I just said. Is that a safe assumption??

these videos sound like a bad episode of punk'd...there are a million hidden camera ideas you can come up with that could be justified, a muslim goes to a jewish bakery and asks for a cake decorated w allah akbar or free palestine etc etc. a christian goes to a gay pizzeria and wants to order 100 pizzas for a anti gay wedding rally, a texas rancher goes to a mexican restaurant and wants to buy tacos for a anti immigration rally, a german goes to a jewish t-shirt store and wants a shirt w the ss symbol. i don't know maybe a business should be able to deny a customer for something they don't agree with like the above examples but not deny someones business just because they are gay or of a certain nationality or religion i.e a pizzeria refusing to sell someone a pizza because they are black or jew or gay or gentile etc etc.

Once you okay any form of authority over another individuals religious freedom, then that rubicon has been crossed and all are at the same dictate/control.

i do believe a business should be able to exercise the right to refuse someones business but not just because of their skin color or sexual preference or religion, that's discrimination and that should have ended a long time ago. i just fear that gay people would be subject to discrimination because of these types of laws, it would be like when there were water fountains and hotels for blacks only.
