I would never even consider opening a business in the U.S. today. It wouldn't belong to me.


You can still smoke in "Private Clubs" just not ones that seek public trade. So your Private right to smoke is not infringed just your insistance of the right to impose on others.

No problem. You probably noticed that most of the other posters don't care about that stuff.

This is why minority groups & other equal rights group are still fighting for equality today. Our schools, media, and leaders try to keep our public ignorant of issues like this. So when people don't know the context for the laws or why they were enacted in the 1st place, they make up their own reasons for them.

This is exactly why you see voters siding with candidates that push policies that hurt those very same voters.
