Nah I don't think that's what Cirque was implying. I can tell by her posts that she is very inquisitive by nature.

It's probably humorous. People all huddled behind bushes and gasping in amazement, then they run inside and type a big screed on the internet, claiming they know, for a fact, that they just saw a UFO being transported. Totally legitimate. They seent it!

Most people can mistakenly thread something already posted, even when they look, and there was nothing wrong with your OP since you used the link title as per the ATS request to do so. Gortex's reply, was a civil reply with pictorial direction, enough for you to look a little deeper. There was no need for others to go into the presumed psychoanalysis of people, or the the raving craving of fast info junkies.

All you have to do is look at the gas prices to know this is older. :

I was on Route 93 somewhere between Coyote Springs golf club and Alamo last Monday (23rd March 2015) around 2pm. 3 Wide loads came from the north. They were escorted by big black 4x4s. Although unmarked they were being driven by police, one was so wide we had to pull in right to the side of the road to let it pass.

The were all covered. All big and all circular.

I was heading on a sightseer to Area 51 & the Little Ale Inn so obviously the imagination did run wild but there was a gasp of "what if".

It's so hard to tell. Some places, like around Houston, police escort all oversize loads. But not everywhere does. So it definitely could have been something. Or it could have been a giant air conditioning unit for a new office building.

Why not just throw a tarp over it during transportation? People can't see it, people don't get disturbed. Now in the handful of times it's been reported on, it has scared people. Yet they still roll em' on out in plain view, scaring the public.

If this Hollywood looking thing "scares the public" no way we're ready for a real UFO to be disclosed...and certainly not the occupants!

Totally agree. The rational head on me says it was simply a large industrial load. Heck, the rational head on me also knows that Area 51 is simply a test base for new air craft and maybe JPL.

But, when you're sat at the bar of the Little Ale Inn, surrounded by the myth, legend and merchandise you can but dream.

The absolutely BEST way to conceal something is to have it right out in the open, in full view.
