Amnesty International is claiming that Palestinians did in fact commit war crimes when they fired rockets into Israel last summer during that war.

The claims of armed groups like Hamas and others indiscriminately fired and killed innocent civilians on both sides of the fight.

Hmmm.

Lots of claims by opposing viewpoints say the rockets are from Mossad and Iran operatives in Gaza cloaked as "Palestinians".

Who know for sure what's going on over there?

Amnesty International Alleges Palestinians Committed War Crimes

Palestinian terrorist groups violated international law and blatantly disregarded civilian lives by consistently firing missiles indiscriminately into Israel during last summer's war with Israel, Amnesty International reports.

The Amnesty report outlines evidence of numerous specific attacks launched from the Gaza strip that directly resulted in the deaths of Israeli civilians, including a 4-year-old boy. The report also strongly suggests that Palestinian attacks killed Palestinian civilians. For example, a missile fired from within the Gaza Strip killed 13 Palestinians, 11 of them children, after it landed in the al-Shati refugee camp. Even though Palestinians accused Israel for the attack, an independent munitions expert examining the evidence confirmed that Palestinians launched the missile.

"Palestinian armed groups, including the armed wing of Hamas, repeatedly launched unlawful attacks during the conflict killing and injuring civilians. In launching these attacks, they displayed a flagrant disregard for international humanitarian law and for the consequences of their violations on civilians in both Israel and the Gaza Strip," said Philip Luther, Amnesty International's director of the Middle East and North Africa Program.

LOL,

Setting the stopwatch for the Hamas supporters to come blast you. Hamas are the good guys to these dip#s remember. If Hamas was firing rockets into their neighborhood, they would blame Israel.

I'm pretty sure there are no Hamas supporters here. Just because people are sympathetic to the Palestians doesn't mean they support Hamas and their actions.

That's because they are the legitimate representative government of the people of Gaza after all they did get elected into office.

If investigations show that Hamas did these things then they should be charged with war crimes. But if they are charged over one Israeli child then how many charges should Israel face for all of the Palestinian children that they have killed.

Sure, after they killed off the opposition. But no matter, if your statement is true, in essence that makes the population of Gaza responsible for the ramifications of their own government's foreign policy towards Israel.

You can bet Buster will be here soon to defend the Palestinians and tell us how awful Israel is any minute. There is a lot of veiled bigotry here on ATS towards Israel and Jews.

EDIT: Oops...too late...he's already here.
