Simple as that. It is counter productive to cut out all the stuff you like and just leads to cravings and an eventual binge on what you you were
missing. Been there, ate the t-shirt!
I found one thing above all helped me to lose some excess weight with ease.
I bought a smaller plate
- and resisted refilling it. Smaller portions look big on a small plate and our brain is as vital as our stomach when it comes to feeling full.
