I hate this loathsome and inflammatory topic with a passion.

Not only does it seem to indicate that a personal signature from an incompetent would benefit a family during its devastation over the needless death of their loved one in pursuit of the criminal gang's corrupt goals as if this letter will in some way allay their loss - but it's a small red herring that directs us away from the lack of purpose in the original mission and the complete absence of forethought and planning in the "shock and awe" period that was meant to end "major combat operations".

This topic should not exist and nor should the Bush administration.
