But isn't it for religious reasons most have their bits cut? you despise religion but but bleat everything religious.
I got mine cut because my 2nd wife made me do it, wish I never did sex was much better before.
I guess that's why some country's are banning it on infants.

That's what I meant when I said earlier that there was more to it
than Agartha ( a female ) was admitting. I know nothing of what you went thru.
Because mine was done early on in infancy. So right there you have two
variations of the same thing. Mine in which I think nothing of it. Then yours
that you did for your wife( quite noble BTW) but wouldn't do if God asked you to.

Randy, I did not read the entire thread but I think I got the jist of it.
I just wanted to say that Science is not the problem here. Science is actually a very wonderful thing. This is more of a people problem.
It seems that many of the ones on here, that are constantly using science as a battering ram or a club, actually are very unintelligent. They are just talking heads.....parrots if you will.
This is a problem of people using science as a weapon. They twist it and manipulate it to conform to their own ideals. These people can not stand the idea of someone or something being "greater" than they are, they can not bear the thought that perhaps, one day they will have to answer to someone or something.
That is, with the exception of time. Time is their god, through their god all things are possible. It amazes me that those who claim not to be religious actually created their own religion. They are even more close minded and dogmatic as those they are constantly accuse of being close minded and dogmatic. .........hmmmmm, who would've thunk it?

Is that a statement you believe to be true?
Sarcasm?
Not sure what's going on there but in its true form, I
believe it to be correct.

They are not the Words of God. The Words are all a inspiration put into the mind of man. God never put anything into the mind of man. "The angels did" The only person who was guided by God was Moses in genesis Chapter 1.

The bible is about Jesus fulfillment of the prophesy. Givent to the mind of man.

Ok... would you say the Bible is divinely inspired?

How can i say that it is divinely inspired.......I dont know. Non of us can say much about it, because we were not inspired to Write it. Many of us are not even inspired to read it.

Some scholars seam wery inspired to state whats on their mind about the words. And i think many People take their educated Word for it.

Trying to argue faith with any Christian is a completely losing cause, cause no Christian will ever listen to the possibility that it might have been something other than God.

"Moon so perfectly placed in the heavens" .... don't make me laugh.

The creation of the Moon was a completely random event caused by two planets colliding.

The Christian argument is that the men who wrote The Bible were working with the spirit of God flowing through them, so it IS God's word first hand.

A ridiculous argument.

Really? And you called me closed minded?

My intent was not to set off a chain of events. I focused on the Bible's creation theory and showed where there were contradictions.

People "claiming" to be religious attributed for 99% of all rude comments made in my thread. They also don't believe and outright dismiss any forms of scientific dating techniques.

Which I showed could also could be verified.

People of religion are so threatened by ANYTHING that challenges their beliefs that they will attack it, every single time.

The only time anyone ever attacks anything so strongly is when their own belief system is so insecure that the smallest thing threatens it.

It they TRULY had faith, it wouldn't matter to them what ANYONE said about it.

Some Bibles display them all in red, in the NT.
Those are Gods words.

Well we were condemed by God in the garden of Eden to experiance the difference between good and evil.

condemned by his lack of foresight, refusal to hold himself accountable, and constant lackadaisical approach to everything except his own ego. The only thing he takes seriously is himself. Pretty cliche for a literary baddie. Like a cross between Lockhart and voldemort.

That must prove it then....
So what about the other holy texts all say it is the word of god so is it yours which is right or theirs?.

Sure, I'll bite. Do you consider yourself open minded? Or are you closed minded when it comes to whom our creator really is?

Are you saying: By the lack of his foresight.......So you are judging God now by Your better understanding.

Do yo know the moral code or something.....? You must since you can judge God and his foresight.

No Where in the bible does God say that this life on earth will be easy or fair.

Why do we blame God for all the evil we do?

I decided for myself because a decision was called for as I saw it..
I thought for a minute or two about the possibilities of our stupid
asses being the number one intelligence available to the universe.
I think I finally placed us just under gumball machine and that was it
really. I then saw God first by defining the word God and could see
the Bible described him accordingly. I'm happy as a pig knee deep in fritos
everyday and have seen many things in this life that defy logic and
explanation. I felt a sense of urgency that demanded serious dedication
to understanding what there was to believe about this life. I chose to
believe in life. What an idiot huh?

I came to the conclusion that a single God/Creator of the
universe would be capable of a message to us. Didn't take
to long even as a ten year old kid to see, the Bible as far
and away superior to all other candidates, for such a message.
To this day forty six years later, I still have found nor been shown
anything even close. Let's go with close minded.

Weeeell then. Guess that settles that debate.

But seriously, I'm curious. What if science proves the existence of god, but it's not at all what you thought it to be. Would you still worship it?
