People may be able to help more if you provide a picture of what you are talking about.

They are runways. You have the paved section then the dry lake bed which is hard and relativly smooth. They mark the line out pretty far in the event
a plane has a malfunction in its breaks and needs a looooooong rollout

They don't look like roads because they don't really lead anywhere. Smaller runway's would be the best bet.

I think one could rather define them as "test run ways"
Well its a guess at least, the reason why there are no taxi way to it is because planes or whatever they where testing where transported there.
For example footage from that old old submarine nuclear missile that looked like a plane shows it being tested on the ground without taking off in a
big desert area, if I'm not mistaken. In case anything happen, they dont want to use the main airstrip of course.
Now a days its probably much more technological (wind tunnels, computer simulation, etc), so they have little use.
But as I said, its only a guess.

Yea maybe that, but it is a bit funny that there is no way to it... Just A Pilot havent you or you father been there??? Or was that a other member???
If it was you what is this??? But of couse the most logic thing is that is a cind of a runway or something

Right on the mark... Remember, this area is for testing some of the fastest aircraft in existence, and in the testing phases... There is a reason
these are some of the longest runways in the world...

They're runways, as people have stated with good evidence. And for no taxiways, why bother painting taxiways when you can just taxi anywhere?

maybe they are test strips for some "super land vehicle" of some sort, or maybe it is a pipeline or something of that sort.... who knows?
