The baroque piece is certainly very beautiful, and he plays well, but why is he your favourite guitarist?

I honestly can't put my finger on it. Certainly there are better players out there, but something about this guy just draws me in.

Its like when I watch him play, I get the sense that he's not showing off, but rather sharing something precious to him with the rest of the world. He plays from the heart.

He really is good.

My favorite will always be Zappa, but not much acoustic out there for him.

My favourite guitarist of all time is Dimebag, for the plain and simple reason, that guy REALLY meant what he was doing with that guitar. I love guitar virtuoso's such as satriani,gilbert, vai, malmsteen, yeah they are awesome and could tear a new A hole on any guitar, but none of them have that sheer determination and energy that dimebag portrayed every single time he played. It's such a shame I only got onto pantera after his death and will never get a chance to see that passion live. I love all guitarists pro and newbie, i could sit and watch someone struggle doing an open A just to see the elation they get once they achieve their goal.

Favorite guitarist is Antoine Dufour. He's amazing.

Joe Satriani, David Gilmour and Simon Dinnigan.

Jimi Hendrix too, and of course too many others to list. But I couldn't be on a desert island without these essentials.
