The top one is a anti-jam Controlled Reception Pattern Antenna (CRPA) for GPS.

Oh damn your right. I thought that was a navy program? And if thats the case there should be like three more of those someone on the jet.

It was. That's what threw me off. Everything shows the Navy aircraft its on but nothing about the B-1.

So reading another site it looks like it was created initially for SATCOM, but now used for the GPS. lol

That doesn't surprise me.

I'm kind of disappointed the classified SATCOM antenna they tested on Speckled Trout never made it into use. That was nice.
