I'm still seeing a lot of CAN carry, and COULD deploy, and DON'T KNOW if they have.

In truth Russia already had a large number of nuclear weapons at Sevastopol prior to annexing it. They didn't announce it then and these moves aren't a surprise to the US.

When you see pics of Iskander launchers in Crimea and now open acknowledgement of their strategic bombers going to Crimea you have to think there are nukes there. Well, you don't have to of course, but when it quacks like a duck and waddles like a duck it's probably a duck.

So whenever the US deploys B-52s and B-2s there are nuclear weapons on them? It's the same thing. They're nuclear capable bombers as well.

I have yet to see anything confirming they have had nuclear weapons there since 1994.

What evidence would confirm nukes are in Crimea for you? From the Vice story,
"In addition, a new local branch of the Russian defense ministry's 12th command, which stores, transports and dismantles components of tactical and ballistic nuclear missiles, was reportedly formed in Crimea at the end of January."

They've got mobile launchers, bombers, support staff trained on site. How about we put a confidence value to it. Like 80% likely Nukes are in Crimea now?

Again, REPORTEDLY formed up. It shouldn't be too hard to confirm that a unit is there or not.

It's possible that they have moved them, yes, but you can't say that it's confirmed. In your opinion it is, but not officially.
