The massive fire is burning near the Kremlin at the Novodevichy Monastery.

Yes, there are numerous Kremlin's in Russia, because Kremlin is actually a word meaning citadel.
It's a historically common structure throughout the Baltics I believe.

Thankfully it looks as though the fire is almost out, and it thankfully also looks like minimal damage and possibly only destroyed the outer covering for the scaffold.

I think this was an old story from a few hours ago and that power was back up again. Could be related to the construction for the events in Red Square though, they need to plug it all in somewhere and I guess they have it all rigged up to the Kremlin for events there.
