I don't by into the hype that its a miracle plant. Like everything else, it has its pit falls and should be used moderately.

IMHO, violence is never a result of being 'too high'. Laziness and sleep always are.

This is a pure cop out defense designed to pray on a jury not equipped with valid scientific evidence of how pot works. No one hallucinates on pot strongly enough to for such actions. The hallucinogenic properties for marijuana are quite low.
