No it doesn't might want to reread it it has been proven to be impossible. And you got to love the generals assessment of no body saw the missile as proof it wasn't. Sadly we do have eye witnesses to the BUK launch but that's what happens when you use old news.

First off the Atlantique isn't a big aircraft compared to the 777.
Second, there's a huge difference between "the R-60 can't shoot down a big airplane" and "the R-60 won't hit near the cockpit and cause it to explode like MH17 did".
MH17 shows all the evidence of a sudden and instant explosion, including the data recorders. There isn't an air to air missile in the world that will do that without it being the luckiest shot ever made. A SAM like the Buk on the other hand will do that.
