There's no need for evacuating those "commanders". They will be useless under any new western engagement.
Sending them into countries to overthrow their govt. would only be successful if the govt. in the target country simply surrenders to the western pigs and to NATO.

Things have changed drastically since the 2011 aggression on Syria. These jihadi idiots are not that useful anymore ....

After this fantastic finding by PM Rutte, it might be worth noting a few things though.
How is it possible that there are "Dutch Jihadis" ? Can Rutte explain that ?

Too bad the dutch govt has been supporting for years, all kind of jihadis in the balkans and in other parts of the world including in Syria.

The dutch govt together with the Italian govt and especially the presidents during the past 20 years, specialize in support for gangs that are involved in pedophilia, organ trafficking, terrorism, drug trafficking in war zones and also in areas where there's no active conflict, such as in Europe and other parts of the world.

At the moment the dutch and Italian govt are busy running the same type of human traffickers and organ traffickers in the area close to the border of Venezuela and Colombia ....

Very active also in Africa since the illegal occupation of Mali !

Of course the PM and the govt together with all royals and other political freak show , know this very well.
The Jihadis was supposed to be their weapon against Russia and the Orthodox Christians, so they cultivated jihad within western Europe since the 90s. They helped all kind of muslims to become terrorists and many of these terrorists became dutch citizens during the past 20 years or so !

Additionally the jihadis serve good purpose for the pedophile elite of EUrope and he Netherlands as they carefully and constantly provide new children stolen from the Balkans , in particular, from Kosovo, Montenegro and Bosnia for the sake of pedophilia and organ harvesting

They should all be handed to the Syrian government whether people like it or not. Imagine a load of foreign mercenaries going to the U.S or U.K and killing their citizens. Those governments would deal with them themselves.
