Yes, I went to the support site and asked to email me instructions to reset it. I did that like 20 times and still didn't received an email from
them. I'm mad with Steam now. Why they didn't send the email yet ????
Did you check your spam inbox to make sure its not going there instead to your regular inbox ?
I just logged in for the first time on this computer and they have some new account controls, but I received the email instantly so you should have
seen it right away. Try logging in with the wrong password and I think it will ask you if you want an email sent to change it, they may work better
than using support.
