I would sue Hillary Clinton personally over the deaths at Benghazi if.....

I were a family member of one of the fallen, and it can be proven that their lives were lost because of some miscommunication due to her not using the proper government channels of communication or that she was hiding something on purpose that she didn't want known. Our Freedom of Information access regarding Benghazi was compromised and/or delayed because of it.

This is another reason we need to get to the bottom of why she was not using proper government channels.

The state department people there were only covers for that operation.

You should make the CIA a part of that lawsuit

I think intelligent people can see what's going on. Whether it is political or not, the facts cannot be disputed. Even your own article pointed out that had Hillary and Obama been forthright with the American people rather than covering up the Benghazi attack with lies about some silly video, we would not be so outraged and suspicious.

The fact is, Hillary was communicating sensitive State matters through a private email account on a private server located in her home. And, the fact is during this time, four Americans were murdered in Benghazi. And, the fact is, the Clinton family's foundation received millions of dollars from foreign governments during this time. Let's investigate.

If that is what an investigation shows, then I'm all for that as well. If Hillary Clinton had been using proper government protocol, we might be willing to cut her a little more slack. But, she purposely operated in secret and that is not going over real well with the American people that are sick and tired of corrupt government leaders.

The REPUBLICAN committee on Benghazi has already said several times that Hillary Clinton isn't to blame. I have no idea why this committee is still sitting.

Motivation aside and politics aside, the real insult here is that what the OP is suggesting CANNOT happen. No US court would accept the case once the feds slapped a "issue of national defense" label on the case, effectively ensuring the courts would fumble futz their way around some BS "greater good" rationale for dismissing the case, evidence unpresented, arguments unheard, and case untried. In fact, you'd probably end up seeing a court gag order slapped on whoever brought the lawsuit in the process.

The idea that there is any mechanism in our legal system which actually makes the federal government or her agents directly answerable to the People and our system of laws is simply not supported by past history. That "National defense/National Security" tag is the end game and, as long as that sad fact is accepted and doesn't cause major public outrage, the discussion in this thread is entirely moot.

The Select Committee on Benghazi headed up by Trey Gowdy, is none too pleased with this latest revelation that Hillary Clinton had multiple private email addresses hosted on a home-brew server. He is smart and thorough and if anybody can get to the bottom of it, he can. I hope he watches his back!

I can see the senate hearing now:

Senator: "Were you using a private email to conduct government affairs?

Hillary: "What difference does it make?"

Hillary has to keep her mouth shut about Benghazi regarding the CIA secrets or she really will be in trouble…like jail!

They were probably doing something regarding delivering weapons to Syria.

The CIA people were told to keep a low profile over there.

This happens in many foreign diplomatic embassies where the state department covers for the CIA operations.

She can’t say: this was the CIA’s fault.
