The Donetsk skyline-cam capytured a light in time-lapse on tuesday night.

YT commenters seem split between it being the moon, not the moon, or something else.

anyway here's the video from RT;

Its putin in his shiny one man pod!

On a more serious note: the luminosity, the path and the speed (on timelapse) looks like the moon.

Sligthly sceptic if it was really on tuesday, since the moon looks a bit less full at the moment.
But with foggy air and a bit of flare effect it is within the possibilities.

There's not much way of knowing,

Actually there is.

Download the free astronomy program called Stellarium.

Set location to Donesk, Ukraine.

Set date and time to the date and time in question.

Pull up Google Streetview of that street in question. Note direction.

Look in the same direction in Stellarium.

It was obvious that it was the moon just by the super-speed of the time lapse. RT has crossed the line this time with creating a hoax. Not cool, RT....
