Not really so much of a stretch to see this is very likely a commercial aircraft, including the tapered fuselage. Don't forget, that at certain altitudes some commercial aircraft wings reflect atmospheric haze - and are nearly impossible to see. These often show up on media as 'peanut' shaped, depending on alt. and sun brightness.
