So, you think this radical Islamic problem is new?

A lot of folk are either ignoring the problem of Radical Islam's agressive expansion at the moment, or they are simply so caught up in the PC trap that Globalist Company Inc (The UN) has us believing in that they do not realise Islam has been a worry for a long time.

While searching for something completely unrelated, I stumbed upon a trove of old newspaper articles spanning from the late 1800s to about 1945 from New Zealand newspapers. The fascinating thing about these articles is that while NZ was a british colony firmly aligned with the crown back then, it was also far removed from the troubles of the old world and news that travelled that far had to be a fairly big story.

Here is a computer translated version of one such article from the Evening Post, Mar 8 1928

ISLAM'S AWAKENING
ITS DANGERS TO EUROPE -NEED FOR SOLIDARITY (United Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received Bth March, 2 p.m.) PARIS, 7th March. The "Gaulois" says: "He is blind who does not see tho closo relationship between tho movements against tho British to-day and against Europe to-morrow now shaking Islam. Illusions in that 'regard are dangerous. Sooner or later tho solidarity which ought to exist among the Great Powers interested in Islam will become necessary as a common safeguard, if the reawakening of Islam is not to develop into a revolt the consequences of which would be incalculable."

Original here Islam has been calling for retaliation against Christianity for a long time too.

Interestingly, Islam has had a two faced love / hate relationship with Germany. While it's a travisty if true, the money would have been wasted if there was not the underlying hatred and desire to fuel the war in the first place.

A Billion dollars buys a lot of schools and hospitals for instance.......

i wish we lived in a world where we could say that people are equal in every sense. that is not true.
One of our major differences is of course our belief systems, like it or not, they influence our actions in ways you might not even realize.
doesn't matter if you believe in conspiracies or not, if you are a martial arts trainer, a couch potato, a pc gamer or a console gamer, republican, democrat, it doesn't matter, your belief system will be evident in your actions.
and when it comes to religions, that are always an "all or nothing" sort of thing, it becomes even more evident.
People like to say religions are all the same, but that is not true. some are "better" than others.
Islam is clearly not one of the better ones.
In another post i pointed out, 2000 people have been killed by islamic extremists in the month of january alone.
Can you say that in one month priests raped 2000 children?
Can you say that in one month 2000 people have been killed in the name of jesus?
Can you say that in one month 2000 women were beaten because "they not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the law says" ?

I understand you cannot lump more than a billion people together and call them terrorists, but to say that there isn't a problem, is being willfully ignorant. Islam, in it's modern use IS a problem, and we need to stop it, by empowering moderate muslims or by enforcing very strict immigration policies.
Ask Sweden, they have seen a dramatic increase of rapes ever since they became a bit too open for their own good.

Maybe it goes beyond religion, maybe it has to do more with culture.
And even then, you know what, they can stay home and keep living in their own culture they love so much, it makes no sense for them to ask US to adapt.

No, this is been there always. But was confined to it's own country. Until somewhat recent events. When others tried to rule them from outside their countries. Dictate their policies. Overthrow their leadership. They do not want to change. Any more than we would want them to change us. If others would just let them rule their own countries. As long as no genocide. Let them be. CIA and others have been going in and starting all these events. Ukraine included.

No, it has not always been confined to its own country. It believes it has a sacred duty to spread itself to everyone. In that, it's no different than any other religion. Where it parts company with them is that it believes it has license to do so by any means necessary and it often chooses violence as its preferred means because that's the example of Mohammad from earliest times - spreading Islam by the sword.

I debated this a little on GLP before and the 'best answer' I got was that the mothers were victims of society.

If you're going to use that defense to let people off the hook for crimes (because marrying off child brides is illegal in Turkey but the law's rarely enforced)...then the perpetrators of crimes can almost always be framed as victims.
