this is true. There was a letter in the Independant this week by someone saying that, although cleanlines is an issue, patients with MRSA should be on isolation wards for a start.
As far as your question goes quit simply Doctor touches patient A, who has superbug, forgets to wash his hands (or use alcohol gel) goes to patient B, who does not have superbug and touches him. Result : Patient B gets the infection. OK?

MRSA refers to a particular strain of staph that has become resistant to some or most antibiotics. From the CDC's website:

Staphylococcus aureus, often referred to simply as "staph," are bacteria commonly carried on the skin or in the nose of healthy people. Occasionally, staph can cause an infection; staph bacteria are one of the most common causes of skin infections in the United States. Most of these infections are minor (such as pimples and boils) and most can be treated without antibiotics (also known as antimicrobials or antibacterials). However, staph bacteria can also cause serious infections (such as surgical wound infections and pneumonia). In the past, most serious staph bacteria infections were treated with a certain type of antibiotic related to penicillin. Over the past 50 years, treatment of these infections has become more difficult because staph bacteria have become resistant to various antibiotics, including the commonly used penicillin-related antibiotics (1). These resistant bacteria are called methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, or MRSA.

Nasty stuff and getting a little worse each year. Happy reading.

This is a whole sham
MRSA has developed through the over-use of antibiotics
Antibiotics should never be used unless the condition is life- or disabilty-
threatening
What we have is people coming into hospital, debilitated by bad drug-cartel-controlled medicine, their immune system shot away by repeated doses of antibiotics, steroids, vaccines and a #load of other toxins
Hey! - and the most powerful of the antibiotics - methicillin - dont work
What a surprise!
The drug-cartel controlled medical profession continues to create monsters and then blames the problem on their minions - doctors, nurses and cleaners not scrubbing up properly. What a get out
And so we proceed to the next level - even heavier antibiotic suppressant vancomycin not working - hence VRSA
Get control of your own health people - it's the only answer

Yes id go along with that pretty much 100%. Although it is the doctors who prescribe the antibiotics so they are not blame free.
It really annoyes me how hap hazard a lot of doctors are. For instance you can go to see your GP with some symptoms, he'll look at you, ask a few questions, poke you around a bit and then prescribe you something (proibably toxic) on the ballance of probabillities. Then he'll say 'see if that sorts it out and if it dosnt come back'. oh cheers.
