What's the point? No one is going to pay and everyone seems to be ok with that. The only thing I can do now is just try not to ever do business with HSBC. Not so tough since I live in the States.

By the way, this activity is nothing new for HSBC. HSBC got its start by financing the strong arming of the Opium trade in China. This bank has been crooked since the beginning.
