From a brand perspective I would suggest:

✔ a celtic surname as that is what always works in terms of consumer trust, anything too clever or funny etc doesn't stick with consumers for too long.

✔ US hero or manly action hero name association

✔ Using a name works for all the big stores like scheels. Andersons etc.
