Create an acount

My friend wants to create an account, but the pass word wont go through.
I would have liked to contact a Mod but it wasn't possible.

Hmmm, I was waitin for an answer from a mod here, but can offer mine. Did He try another password? And would it not take it during acct creation, or when trying to log into the new account. If the latter is what is wrong, make sure the caps lock didn't get hit, accidentally. Nothing to add. Just sayin......

The temporary passwords are emailed, not selected at the time of creating an account.

WOW. My bad. Been so long since i made an account, didn't remember that. Is that new? or same ole same ole?

It's been like that for a long time. However, the new "create an account" process has been greatly enhanced/streamlined about three weeks ago. The whole process is much easier… and our emails almost never go to junk/spam now.

at the moment i am trying to resolve a problem my self ,

i tried to make a post but it was sent to bin , when i emailed them for help i was told i have not been logged in since the date i opened it , but as anyone can see i am logged in every day since i opened it , i truly love this site but i am not good with linking stuff , and my post that i tried to make was only asking other members to bear in mind that we older members are not as computer savvy as they are .

Thank you for your reply. The emailed password did not function.
Can the person create an account with the same name and get a new pass word?

HOW does one contact a Mod in a selected forum?
Is there one assigned for each forum and are they "visable" on the the page?

Yes that is a Polar Bear. It is My wife, LOL!! She has an account here and goes by the name CCBears. Stands for Coca Cola Bears, (Polar Bears). She collects Coke stuff and loved the Polar Bears in the ads, so now She Loves Polar Bears and had one for Her Avatar here.

BugWhisperer made Us an awesome Picture with Me, Syx The Dragon, and CCBears the Polar Bear in it together! I cut what You see as My Avatar from it. Here's the full image!

Ok on topic, lol!, have him do a lost password request, if that option is available this early in the game. If it is not, then drop a u2u to an administrator mod about it? Or, he may not want to do this, have him try a sign up with another username and hope he can finish the rest of the process without the password no good snag......

The weather has not been a problem for either Syx or CC, yet. They do travel, in a story that is still ongoing here, to different climates a lot and so far have had no probs. They even had offspring, Bragons, in a vision Syx had one day. LOL!!!

Perhaps you should address this in an individual post in Board & Bussiness, I can't help you, sorry am a dinasour my self.
The Mods and schooled members are very helpful.
