I wish this didn't happen to these kids.

I know what you are saying. The new director did not sign off on the new boundaries.

If that is all it is. Seems a little late to complain.

That's not what I understood happened.

The guy is saying after they completed league play.

After the local District rounds. The winning team took some players from other Leagues.

I am looking for Little Leagues Statement...I wish I was wrong. They Cheated...

In your own article it spells out exactly what happened, the boundaries were redrawn, no one complained until well after the entire tournament was over and they were champions.

The guy who complained knew about the boundary change the entire season and the entire tournament, not until they won did he file a complaint.

Pure, sour grapes.

"Unfortunately, no allegations against Jackie Robinson West Little League were made until well after the tournament ended, contributing to the difficulty of resolving these many complex issues,"

link website

Here is a link to the leagues website with the statement concerning this situation.

It is a shame the kids had to pay such a hefty price due to the idiotic actions of adults who supposedly are in it "for the children".

Adults ruin a children's game. This has happened before.

Sadly, it will happen again. This is not about Race. It's about the kids.

It should not be about adults. Who have no character and have no class.

We love to watch these kids play. We have to get the Daddies in the stands.

Time to hire retired coaches without a kid on the team. Time to restore some dignity.

that doesn't change the fact it was illegal.
