Right now it's not too bad....the locals are from older families and the area has been in their care for generations...word of troublemakers around
town travels fast and the average men and women aren't foolish....there's balance.
I just get nervous because I've seen old hometowns go the way of "Planet Hollywood" so fast it's unreal....they buy out lower income properties to
make way for high priced apartments and condos and the lowest folks on the rung suffer the most because of it.
I'll remain steadfast in my advocacy on behalf of the good people and I've got a sharp pointed stick for anyone who dares harm the thriving ecosystem
and social system locally.
So far, City Council has been wise and considerate in their planning with respects to original residents.
Ever vigilant.
