Well I think in a way that not knowing intent in a case where there is no realistic way to avoid seeing nude dude is kind of a good reason not to allow folks to run around nekkid.
Because it turns into a "one persons word against another" kinda thing.

Anyway at the end of the day, deliberately exposing yourself to kids to make some point about oil is still being willing to deliberately expose yourself to kids I reckon.

Heck the pervy old man in the example I used before would be trying to make a political point as well I figure. All he would have to say is "I am in MAMBALA" and he would be able to both admit his perviness and say he is making a political statement.

Montana is not a federal issue. Neither is that law.

State rights are state rights.

Not seeing the big government angle there.

Especially so when one actually read the article.

Rep. David Moore on Tuesday introduced House Bill 365 in the House Judiciary Committee in response to a group of naked bicyclists who rolled through Missoula in August.

I sure the hell don't wanna see Michael Moore or Rosie O'donnel in spandex.

Second verse same as the third verse saying:

What is seen can not be unseen.

O look its neo who says he wants smaller goverment.

But supports the creation of petty laws like this.

Hmmmmmmm

Hypocrisy and false outrage come to mind

Just be honest with yourself mate, you are all full big goverment, as long as its big government with laws, rules and priority you agree with.

But Rosie O'Donnell--C'mon!

As the saying goes my friend.....freedom isnt free....

you got to take the highs with the downright lows

It may not be free, but does it have to be gross?

State rights are state rights.

Not seeing the big government angel there.

Especially so when one actually read the article.

Maybe your right.

If its a local law its a local law.

I wont argue on that.

Let's not make any new laws please, can't we all just agree that yoga pants are universally despised and move on?

Depends on who is wearing said yoga pants.

Amen to that.

Based on this, one could say his puritan roots are showing.

Amen to that!

I'm not much into the idea of people running round the street starkers though, puts me off my cornflakes!

Totally off topic, but I just now imagined a Gynecologist looking at female patient and being like "Aw gross it looks like a spoiled Arby's Roast Beef and Cheese!"

Honestly being a Gynecologist would be the worst ever job. I really think it would turn me gay or at least of women forever.

I honestly don't see how most men aren't turned off by a woman's naughty bits. At least to me they're kinda gross. But then again I'm a lady.

Hey now! I like my Yoga pants! But I at least wear a top that covers my thighs! And I refuse to wear see-through Yoga pants. I do have some respect for myself.

"he'd trust law enforcement officials to use their discretion. "

And there it is.

Using their own discretion leads to bodies in the streets and in private homes.

Nipple slips will be cause for a beating.

Peace

That is true. Personally I think that all those in his district should go out, find out his sizes and then send him as provocative of clothing to wear as possible, and ask that he give a visual reference as to what is not acceptable or provocative in the way of both mens and womens clothing.

Wait, isn't "big government" the same whether at the Federal, State, or local level?

Local laws and government officers have a much higher impact (intrusion) into our daily lives than anything Federal.

You can move away from a town or state.
