To reply to this, I was diagnosed with celiac disease a few years ago. Due to this my body was having an allergic response to most foods. I was also
told my cholesterol was a bit high at the time at about 200. I Wasn't really sure what I could safely eat at the time so for the next year my diet
consisted mostly of eggs, and I ate about 6 eggs a day for the year. After that year I went in and my cholesterol levels had dropped by 30 points to
about 170. Hm.
