I have one that is 266 W x 355 T.

How can I resize it proportionally to meet ATS standards?

It's a cool one of the face with a 'real' furry spider crawling on the face. It's called 'live spider brooch'. Hehe.

Oddly enough, I just use MS Paint...
Works fine.

Paint comes with Windows.
Open the image in Paint.
Go to Image.
Stretch/Skew
Put the same percentage in horizontal and vertical (such as 50 etc.) and viola!

open it in paint and go to the strech and skew option. You can resize it from there
Easy way to do it. If any one knows an even easier way, please, let me know.
