SkepticOverlord has started a few Meme/Photoshop battles aimed at certain individuals both of whom are legitimate targets.

But it does not get to the heart of the matter.

We have talented members and we understand what is happening in the world around us.

Skeptic's thread is here www.abovetopsecret.com...

I challenge Skeptic right now.

How about you you send these out under #ATS no more war.

I will add my first one in a moment.

what a great idea! It only takes 10% of the population to change and start the momentum of great new movement or idea and this puts a broadsword through the heat of the Dragon.

This is a photo that is emblazoned upon my memory, you see I saw the original broadcast. I was a kid and it was the 1960's or 70's and in a dysfunctional family we ate on TV trays in front on the propaganda machine and on daily prolefeed we listened about the war in Vietnam, communism, body counts and saw mangle soldiers stretcher bound onto Hueys as rotor blades chopped swaths of air. I saw this naked Vietnamese girl running toward me crying in a black and white vision upon memory, her family was dead and American napalm's stench was in the air.

Yes, it was the one image that changed the way I saw wars. I grew up that day.

I'm right there with you on this one. The Vietnam war was horrendous, and we watched it nightly seeing just how ugly humans were. That was when the government decided not to show everything in a war because when the people see it,they are outraged and move against the government to stop it.

Sorry for being a bit late..(so much design threads going on right now!)

No more war! I really would like to put some effort into creating something that conveys this message but I don't have the time right now. I hope I'll get something this weekend.

Made this real quick..

Peace
