A law that allows British police to detain suspected terrorists indefinitely without charge or trial was overturned by Britains highest court. Saying that the measures are "unjustifiably discriminatory", the panel voted 8-1 to overturn the law, ruling in favor of 9 Muslim men who appealed to the court. The 9 men were being held without charge being suspected of involvement in terrorist attacks.

How could someone be detained for being involved in International Terrorism, yet have no charges brought against them?
I for one am totally in favor of jailing terrorists, and suspected terrorists, but again I say, how can there be no charges?
