Monopoly is being sold with real money inside

...France's taxation system must be a lot less anal retentive than America's. If they did this in the USA, they would absolutely have a voucher for the real US dollars in the winning box that would require you to go to a bank, fill out the tax paperwork for your winnings, and then collect the money... otherwise, what jackass would report that find to the IRS?
