Error when submitting ATSNN story

I get this message when trying to submit a story to ATSNN.

You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '1103205922|Kriz_4', '0', '0', 'Kriz_4', '', '', '','5','25','5'

Is this due to the maintenance? When will it be fixed?

Don't use punctuation in the subject of your story. That's what's causing the error.

Out of curiousity, what punctuation can you not use? I didn't know it was a problem when submitting to ATSNN.

This puntuation was causing the problem.
