Thought I'd pass this on to ATS. A massive Bike Park is about to open in an abandoned mine in Louisville, KY where riders can bike/ride all year round. It looks pretty cool.

The Louisville Mega Cavern bike park spans more than 320,000 square feet, 10 stories beneath earth's surface, and features terrain for all types of riding. The dirt-biking community in Louisville, Kentucky, will soon be going underground—literally.

Riders will delve nearly 100 feet beneath earth’s surface, into an abandoned limestone mine, where courses of all types and for all levels of riding cover more than 320,000 square feet, making the Louisville Mega Cavern bike park the nation’s largest indoor biking facility.

This is one of those "oh yeah" moments for me. It's like the simplest idea but when it's actually done, it's like the best idea ever. What says ATS?

Fat tire bicycles are getting popular around here. I wonder if they are popular elsewhere in the country?
