Just because a paper is peer reviewed doesn't mean its true....

www.livescience.com...

Here is a list of some of the more interesting retracted papers in 2012.

1. Hyung-In Moon is a genius, says Hyung-In Moon

Korean scientist Hyung-In Moon took the concept of scientific peer review to a whole new level by reviewing his own papers under various fake names. Not surprising, his imaginary peers were quite impressed with his work.

But perhaps also not surprising from someone who attempts such a scheme, Moon's research — which included a study on alcoholic liver disease and another on an anticancer plant substance — can't be trusted. Moon admitted to falsifying data in some of his papers, according to Chronicle of Higher Education. So far, 35 of his papers have been retracted in 2012.

I think I did mention that several times in the paper the author writes (data not included). There is also a point about the UK rubella trials which wasn't included, whereas only young and teenaged girls were given the vaccine. This should be accounted for. a reply to: Aquariusdude

Yeah if that data could be verified to be incorrect that would be great..

agree that the premise of vaccines to be sound. What I don't agree with is all the stuff they put into vaccines which I believe causes major problems in children

That is the heart of the matter and that set up allows for the pro crowd to defend the good hearted effort and ignore the fine print. We are talking about something that is too small for most to see and it requires trusting groups that are untrustworthy.

It's not that the data is correct or incorrect, it's that, like another member stated, correlation doesn't prove causation.
For this study to be taken seriously, a team would have to then do a designed trial wherein it was proven fetal dna causes autism.

No such trial will be allowed to happen.

This is about as close to the truth we can get unless everyone accepts this a bit more than they are.

It would take a massive amount of support to get it done and as you can see there is much effort to keep such from being true.

The majority won't accept this because, hands down, it's not good science. The scientists didn't do any real scienc, they've only amalgamated research done by others in graphs to suit their point. Its a white paper for the anti vaccine movement. The laboratory received a half million dollar grant to help with this study. This is what a half million dollars helped to produce. I don't believe in the soundness of vaccines, and won't allow anyone to force me to believe in this either. If people are vaccinated and believe they work, they should not fear the unvaccinated.

Its not just autism, but children who are unvaccinated are healthier according to data they know for some time.

vactruth.com...

In 1992, the Immunization Awareness Society (IAS) conducted a survey to examine the health of New Zealand’s children. Unsurprisingly, the results of their study indicated that unvaccinated children were far healthier than vaccinated children...

In September 2011, German researchers carrying out a longitudinal study surveyed a total of 8000 unvaccinated children from the ages of 0 –19. As with the New Zealand study, researchers collected their data by conducting a survey using questionnaires. [2]

Results showed that vaccinated children were up to five times more likely to suffer from a variety of diseases and disorders than unvaccinated children.

Repeatable in different countries in different decades. And up to 5 times more likely to suffer from diseases and disorders, including asthma.

Great article.. But the naysayers will always say numbers don't equal correlation.. There will never be enough evidence for these people to see that something is horribly wrong with the vaccines given out today..

I sometimes wonder how can some smart people ignore so much evidence that vaccines are major contributors to Autism Spectrum Disorders

And then I remember, they are evil and take joy by destroying lives

already saw that posted, but you're barking up the wrong tree--I already told the OP to remember that correlation does not equal causation--I was just commenting that your response made no sense.

Also, another commentor noted that the organic food v. autism chart isn't even the same thing (measures actual numbers instead of looking at percentages, like in the study), so it can't be used as a proper comparison.

How can you ignore the massive amount of fetal tissue in the vaccine vs. the gov standard of 10 ng. The tests found more than 100x that amount.
That is conclusive. We either have massive fraud or a massive quality control problem. They should stop all vaccines until they address this. Merck will duck and cover though. Just like they have numerous times in the past.

The numbers actually not only equal it but its a long term study and the numbers have been growing. Huge studies far larger numbers than most short term studies, over 13,000 now and growing in the German one. And repeatable, it was repeated for the same results, decades later, and location change. That is exactly what a study needs to be accepted, it needs to hold true with repeats.

Exactly..People fail to realize that companies like Merck are in it to make money..And many pharmaceutical companies have been caught lying about there drugs for many years...Yet people still take there word as gospel. Face palm

In a story late in 2014 that no mainstream media outlet reported, a Pennsylvania federal judge ruled in favor of whistleblowers who have accused Merck of lying about the efficacy of its mumps vaccine (currently only available in combo with MMR). We had to find this story posted on a couple of websites servicing attorneys.

I fear for the immune suppressed child with leukemia who can be murdered by an uncaring luddite anti-vaxxer. Such a child can not be vaccinated.

Can you tell me why this "paper" was "published" in an unscientific, non peer reviewed vanity press trying to pass itself off as a proper scientific publication instead of a credible peer-reviewed journal?
