1.

Get out you visions of the future
of she and I in a quaint rural spice-smelling shop
She smiles
and the love that I feel
is monolithic and overwhelming
The degree of understanding between our souls
is my greatest blessing ever
The blur of earthen tones sharpens
to a point
I am not there
Get out you visions of the future

2.

Get out you visions of the future
Get out of my head
Be it may you meant no harm
but hope is harm where hope is dead

It is a lovely vision. I particularly loved the "spice smelling shop" imagery.

I've got to tell you, part 2 truly caught me.

I've posted a thread here in the short stories forum with some of my own writing. I personally attempt to take a more abstract approach to my writing. I am very interested in seeing where my words take the reader in their head, what it conjures there, and how they are left feeling about it.

Yours is a very powerful and up front style of writing. It is rather good, and I appreciate you posting it!

Please write, and post, more
