Stat-checking; how many firearms do you own?

All firearms I own were bought and are owned legally. I don't know why everyone is afraid to mention how many they have.
So what if they are reading this, at this time they are legal to own.

If the day comes where they are illegal then I am sure I will have sold them all off and then will own zero.

Sold 2 last week and gave my son one rifle.

As of today, in my house of 2 people I own 6 pistols, 4 shotguns & 9 rifles.

My only comment is that more people own firearms today than before Obama took office. Obama is, by far, the TOP firearms salesman for the past 6 years.

I agree 100%. Freedom requires vigilance and responsibility. But I can't deny under this admin it's been even worse. It's gotten steadily worse over the years with each new admin but this guy's like the penultimate.

While i thoroughly support the Second Amendment, I'm also pretty fond of the Fifth, too.

I'll say though, that in my neck of the woods, people who don't own are definitely outnumbered by those who do.

I too am a big fan of the 5th- my numbers in OP are intentionally vague, but the stats I drew from them interested me.


I just bugged a friend of mine who lives in Texas- he's not a fan of guns. While he didn't really want to talk about the subject, he did mention that for everyone who has guns, there are some four others that do not- which is right in line with my numbers- something like 80% of the citizens in this country appear to be unarmed.

I don't really think anyone here, with any sense, will list how many weapons they own. They might say they do own a gun(s), but that's about it. No one should EVER declare how many firearms they own.
