???

By saying I prefer the devil we know I am not saying he was a great king, or swell guy.. It just implies we knew this one, how he would react in certain situations etc, the new king is an unknown for the most part till he is secure on the throne.

At that time we will truly know who he is, everything before this he had to tread the party line to keep his spot in the pecking order.

Considering how unstable the ME is right now any unknown is a concern.

The things David Cameron,Obama and other "leaders" are saying about this man are making want to puke...
"A great reformer"
"A man who sticks to his principals"
A great leader"
and more BS...

Purleeeze-This is a man who ruled a country who treat women worse than dogs,a country who routinely cut peoples heads off in the street, cut peoples hands/feet off,and still use public whippings and stoning to death to control their people.

And all the western leaders are gushing about how great a man he was.
That should tell us alot about the type of people who govern us in the west IMO.

They all love barbarity, torture and death it seems.
Either that or they don't have the balls to say what they really think,in case the oil gets turned off.

What a world we live in..

Exactly mate-plus they provide the funding for terrorists all over the middle east..
But hey, according to Obama they are our "greatest ally in the region."

I notice Tony Blair has been quite rightly ridiculed on twitter today when he said this:

www.dailymail.co.uk...

Actually not a bad piece of jounalism for once,by the daily mail-man those words were tough to type.

I bet all those people getting whipped, hung, stoned or hands/feet/heads hacked off totally agree with tony the thankfully redundant out of touch maniac..

People are also pissed off that flags were at half mast all over westminster today for the dead saudi king-including westminster abbey.

Today really has momentarily lifted the dark veil which usually obscures the reality of our governments and establishment.
And behind that veil it is a very dark place indeed IMO.

USA and UK only see the darkness of Saudi oil. That's why there's all the arse kissing from Obama and Cameron/Blair. I just can't to see the swooning from Bush W. being he and the king were kissin' cousins.

Lets compare our "Greatest ally in the region" with ISIS in terms of what they call legal punishments shall we?
Have a look at the graphic on this Washington Post article:

www.washingtonpost.com...

Almost the same barbaric methods for each crime.
Our great ally says the governments..

Not mine.
Not most peoples.

People need to watch what the US administration does.

And what Iran is going to do.

Both will be playing in to our 'negotiations'. with them.

People also needs to see what happens now with the 'war' on terror.

People need to watch what the CIA and MOSSAD is doing, the ones you believe are not involved in anything nefarious.

They are the ones working with Saud and every other group to create diabolical patterns of life around the world but specifically in that region, Negotiate away.....

I don't think the new King is exactly up to tackling the ISIL. More like tying his shoes will be the biggest challenge he can master:

NEW SAUDI KING HAS DEMENTIA

Saying God is Great in celebration after the death of someone is not very moderate, and is the exact same thing ISIS does as they slaughter people.

And when OBL "was killed".....many 'muricans chanted and "blessed" America.

.....your comparison is ludicrous and borders on a post that should be removed.
I'd say you should be ashamed, but your posting history demonstrates it's your nature.

Overlook him, Charlie.

Yeah, advocate a member be censored. That should go over well on a conspiracy site.

Nobody is mass murdering and chanting god bless America, whereas ISIS is mass murdering, enslaving and raping people under their rally call of God is great. Your comparison is null and void.

It was a proclamation, not a celebration...

What about my post appeared celebratory?

Edit: Do you also think that when people pull their dead children from under the rubble of an Airstrike and they say Allahu Akbar they are celebrating their childs death?

Context TP.

My comparison is valid when people are all, "god bless america" while praising the death of OBL (others as well...smaller scale)

Your comparison of Charlie (a well known member with well documented views on the likes of ISIS) to [ISIS] level of extremism is, well f'n absurd and [as I said] borderline something that is a subtle attack [not so subtle imo] on Charlie (and Muslims, et al).....

....you know this though, and I honestly don't want to talk to you about it. Just don't care about what you have to say enough because your posting history (and my observance...and remembrance....of what people post on this site in the threads I read....which you have been part of many, even if I wasn't involved) says we disagree...

......that's just the truth.
I was just providing support against a [imo, blatant] "subtle" attack against a well known member.
It's unnecessary.

.....but I didn't "flag" it.
I don't care that much.

..........
Other posters can hold their own argument with you, or whatever.
I'll just politely not speak to you....Saves all that being rude sh*t....

......

On topic [attempting, again].....how is it that you, Tinfoil, think that this guy was a "good" guy?
Give me some evidence, or something.....I mean. By MANY accounts, he...well, he isn't the good guy.
