Weather modification and futures trading

Couldn't you use weather modification to yourself rich in the futures markets? You already know how much the agricultural crops will yield before they grow and you can shutdown your competition by creating a convenient drought,blizzard,hurricane or wildfire.


You could starve an entire continent of food(and trade-able commodities) and rain.

That's what is says on the tin, all you need is the tin, and it probably has a heap of other instructions that only a few has seen.

Weather derivatives been a scam market since the beginning, so using weather mod to try to sway the market would not surprise me one bit, especially in the US where the past couple winters have been very cold
