It benefits the Corporations which is my point that it's at the opposite end of Socialism.

I don't doubt it could destroy the system though.

No, because that doesn't take in to consideration of tax hikes, regulations, and other stupidity coming from the president.

Trade depends on having something to sell abroad, and people working to produce them.

Two things tax hikes, and regulations kill.

Highest word count sentence:

"Our more new America will but"

take from that what you will, just wanted to see it as a sentence.

I fail to understand how you can equate any of that with Socialism.

Socialism is about community control & assessment of trade...

Not Corporations like Halliburton.

Rather easy too.

That is what that 'fair share' is all about..

Those champagne wishes, and caviar schemes.

Just what do people think is going to fund those trade deficits ?

And there will be.

That isn't even including the climate change legislation that all kill jobs, and wealth, and TRADE.

Interesting.... I never saw the word "freedom" anywhere in that list of words.

Sad.

America - 38
American - 19
Americans - 19

Should just add all of those numbers up... He means the same thing by using them anyways. Let's see... 38 + 19 + 19 = 76. Looks like we have a new second place winner!

a political and economic theory of social organization which advocates that the means of production, distribution, and exchange should be owned or regulated by the community as a whole.

How does anything you mentioned relate to the above?

The TPP gives that power to the Corporations...
That is the opposite of Socialism.

Obama is not a Socialist by any stretch of the imagination.

I fear that the word Socialism was lost in translation when it went across the Atlantic.

Try the word "our."

His words do not make him a socialist, his actions would...

Besides, what context was "our" used in...

Without a complete sentence it's impossible to say that.

As well, the word "our" could just as easily be seen as a trait of a Communist.
But his religious nature leads me to doubt that as well...

He is an old fashioned Capitalist. imo

Is that not what he is doing by the fair share bullsnip.

Saying the money owned by the minority belongs to the whole.

His actions clear define him as one.

Collective rights over individual rights- OUR.

No it's not...

That's Corporate Socialism which is an affront to the ideology of Socialism...

A Fair Share tax is just common sense & morally right.

He is a Capitalist with a Liberal leaning...

But the protection of Corporations and their advancement under TPP negates any Socialist label that is applied to Obama.

Saying the money owned by the minority belongs to the whole.

This is what's wrong with the World.

The majority of the Elite have not earned their wealth...
That have accumulated & inherited it through control of resources such as medicine, energy & precious metals...
Their "ownership" of the money is what caused all of our problems in the first place.

What they have done is reverse the blame onto the welfare/benefits community, & you probably agree with them.

1. Exactly wrong.

2. I don't get my morality from the state. Neither should anyone else.

3. Especially over fiat money in which it created.

No it doesn't.

The majority of the Elite have not earned their wealth...

Government does not 'earn' money. Those who are on social programs have not EARNED their money.

All it is is giving people a trophy for showing up in life.

That have accumulated & inherited it through control of resources such as medicine, energy & precious metals..

That is a misnomer.

The government controls resources. VIa taxation, regulation, and the power of coin.

The US government 'owns' money.

No one does.

It is just a medium everyone has agreed upon using.

Take out that worthless piece of paper from ones wallet, and what does it say ?

'FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE'

'This note is legal tender for all debts, public, and private'.

Guess who created the federal reserve ?

AKA the central bank.

ETA:

Just for snips, and giggles:

Possession is 9 tenths of the LAW.

To wit:

: "In a property dispute (whether real or personal), in the absence of clear and compelling testimony or documentation to the contrary, the person in actual, custodial possession of the property is presumed to be the rightful owner.

Out of curiosity i used my smartphone camera to record a few minutes to see if they used NLP effects. I picked up a water like movement of invisible noise patterns. Visible to the camera but not my eyes.

c'mon...I used to watch this with my father and mother back in the 60's, and even then it was mocked as a "feel good moment for the president"...every president has done this, and every "pole" there knew it.....everyone there, as probably 90% of the viewers tuning in knew, that his proposals are dead on arrival by the republicans in congress. if not, one has to be pretty naïve to believe otherwise.

Well we are the grown ups and have to have some fun. Just pointing out there are a number of different ways to read that...if it even means anything.

In life i find myself staying away from people who say, "I, I, I" or "you, you, you" too much. We all know the type. It's any easy trap to fall into. Us. Them. Kinda like it better when they say, "we." That's all.

In the family we don't always agree, we fight, we say things we wish we hadn't, but in the end we're still family, and that comes first.

Fascinating, for sure. I was listening to it on radio
with commentary. I don't think I heard so many
bald face lies told with a straight face in my life
before (not to insult anyone who is an Obama fan)

John Boehner looked like he was thinking the whole
time, "I need a bourbon" and at the end of it, his face
seemed to say "off to drink bourbon now, I just have
to write a few checks first"

lol
