Yes it's happening.

To get around it, you have to manually type the brackets directly on the main post box.

Strange gremlins again.

Looks like a JavaScript conflict with the new code in the new form for new threads. I reverted back to the older code for now.

This should be fixed, and the new code back in the live site environment.
